  • Directions

Below are simple instructions to guide you in building your beautiful board. We always begin by preparing all ingredients first into small bowls and/or plates, making it easy to arrange your board when you are ready.

    1. Start by washing all fresh fruit and setting it aside to dry.
    2. Scoop coconut cream into the ramekin and place off-center on the board, garnish with sliced fruit.
    3. Prepare and slice all washed fruit as indicated above.
    4. In small to medium sized bunches, arrange grapes around the board.
    5. Next, in small groupings and fans, lean orange slices and grapefruit wedges, pineapple, dragon fruit, papaya, and mango against grapes for support.
    6. Fill in the remaining spaces with kiwi, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and golden berries, evenly dispersing throughout the board. Served with Iced Orange Papaya  and enjoy!
