TEA TO SOOTHE THE BODY & MIND
To create this organic blend, mellow lemongrass and licorice root are joined by bright lemon peel, cool spearmint, and the familiar zing of ginger root, resulting in a bright and balanced herbal tea. Its sunny disposition lends a subtle hint of sweetness; although the blend itself is free of sugars and sweeteners and many prefer it without accompaniment, some tea lovers may enjoy adding a touch of honey to bring out the full bounty of its flavor.
A cupful of Ginger Lemongrass tea is a multisensory experience, beginning with sight and scent. Its reed-yellow hue has an almost inner glow, just translucent enough for light to shine through. Meanwhile, its fragrance tickles the nose as top notes of mint and ginger give way to the optimistic aroma of citrus, followed by an earthy waft of licorice and lemongrass. As your hands encircle the cup, its warmth feels just as reassuring as the blend's uplifting flavor profile, meant to evoke a spa-like sense of zen.

THE CALMING POWER OF HERBAL TEA
Most herbal teas contain no caffeine, including Ginger Lemongrass, making them an ideal choice for any time of day or night. What makes a tea herbal is its absence of camellia sinensis leaves from the naturally caffeinated plant that makes black, white, green, and oolong teas. An herbal tea, also known as a tisane, contains no such leaf and no caffeine. In addition, the herbal Ginger Lemongrass blend in particular conveys a host of specific benefits for the body, mind, and soul.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Noted for their anti-inflammatory properties, ginger and lemongrass are beloved ingredients used for centuries by holistic practitioners. Steep in antioxidants, these ingredients protect the body from free radicals and may lower the risk of developing some chronic illnesses when consumed regularly. Ginger in particular, packed with more than 400 natural compounds, has been clinically proven to ease nausea and encourage healthy digestion.
In addition to its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, spearmint has shown some promise in lowering blood sugar and improving memory. Altogether, this wellness-forward blend isn't just a calming sensory experience; it contains healthy ingredients with long-term benefits, too.
