A fresh twist on the classic mint julep recipe! Made with Blueberry Merlot & Citrus Mint tea-infused spirits, non-alcoholic bourbon, and fresh mint, these two juleps mocktails are bright and springy.

Blueberry Merlot & Citrus Mint Julep Mocktails

Ingredients

For the Blueberry Merlot Tea Syrup

    For the Cocktail
    • 4-5 fresh mint springs, leaves only, plus more for garnish
    • ½ oz simple syrup
    • 2½ oz Lyre's American Malt
    • crushed ice

    Directions

    1. Place the pyramid tea infuser in a jar and pour in Lyre’s Pink London Spirit. Steep for 5 minutes. Discard the pyramid or strain out the loose tea leaves when done, reserving the tea liquid and set aside.
    2. In a julep glass, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup together.
    3. Add the Lyre’s American Malt to the glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, stir, and add more ice to fill.
    4. Pour the infused Blueberry Merlot spirit over the crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!

      Yield: 1 Blueberry Merlot Julep mocktail

      2. In a julep glass, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup together.
      3. Add the Lyre’s American Malt to the glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice, stir, and add more ice to fill.
      4. Pour the infused Citrus Mint spirit over the crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!
